Question: Q: Adding a Toshiba printer to macbook pro 10.8 I'm trying to add a toshiba 4540c to my mac book pro 10.8 but it's not letting me select the right driver. I downloaded the driver from Toshiba but it's only letting me select 'generic printer software' and says the manufactuere printer software wasn't found.

How to Install Drivers

1. Power off your device.
2. Disconnect the device from your computer.
3. Reconnect the device and power it on.
4. Double click the driver download to extract it.
5. If a language option is given, select your language.
6. Follow the directions on the installation program screen.
7. Reboot your computer.
